fruity“We are what we eat”: the food we eat become cells, tissues, organs, hormones and neurotransmitters. It provides energy for our everyday existence. But food is much more than fuel, it can be warming, cooling, cleansing, healing, nourishing…it’s a way for us to relate with our environment, with Nature, with each other. It affects different levels of our life: physical, emotional, intellectual. Although human beings are all built following the same model, let us not forget that we are all unique and therefor need a diet which will be adapted to our uniqueness. I was amazed to find that each food which grows naturally on Earth is carrying a specific “information” which can help harmonise our body: ” need some vitamin C to help your immune system, have an orange! need some calcium to strengthen your bones, well enjoy a couple of almonds! you have an inflamed articulation, add some turmeric to your food intake”…
