“A human being is part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” – Albert Einstien
Body, mind and spirit are a dynamic whole and to maintain health and harmony, we must be aware of all that animates our being.
There are four levels of reality that naturopathy describes as spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. They are all interconnected and if one is out of balance, it will affect the overall flow of energy. Therefore, if the root cause is not treated, “dis-ease” could appear to show us what must be understood and brought to our awareness.
Healing is always a multidimensional phenomenon that reflects the four bodies of the individual.
We are responsible in developing a holistic way of living and allowing enough time during our everyday life in caring for each “body”.
