I love to eat simple foods, rich in colours, taste and nutrients which will make all my cells vibrate!
Nature gives us all the ingredients in order to nourish our bodies and feel wonderful inside-out. It is up to us to collect these perfect gifts and awaken our inner-artist in order to create healthy, vibrant recipes to enjoy.
I feel amazed each time I go in my little garden and see the magic of Nature happening and I use her gifts gratefully.
